Tuition and living allowances for trainees may be provided if an applicant is deemed eligible by one of the following sources.  Please note the age restrictions with the Federal Government.

Federal Government

You will be required to book an interview and asked several questions to determine your eligibility. You must have a barrier to sustainable employment (this can be many things) and must have no EI attachments within the last 5 years.

Provincial Government

Provincial funding may be available to any age of applicant.  All applicants will be required to attend a 'consumer information workshop' to start the process. Theses workshops are held on Mondays at 1 pm or Wednesdays at 9 am.  No registration is required for the workshops you may just attend at the required time.

At the workshop, applicants will be given some paperwork to complete. Once the paperwork is complete you will be required to call and schedule an interview with the provincial funder and will return your paperwork at that time. The representative for the provincial funding is 'Prospect'.
