Core muscles are your power house. This class is designed to help you strengthen, lengthen and sculpt.
Core 4 U
An intense 20 minutes designed to awaken, strengthen and challenge your abdominal muscles and low back.
Hard core is the ultimate class for strong backs and sculpted abdominal muscles. This is a 30 minute intensive class that focuses on building core strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.
Alternating between upper and lower abdominal and lower back exercises, this class, although short, will be invaluable to the awesomeness of your abs. This class will make you feel strong from the inside out by using your deep core and back muscles more efficiently. Modifications for beginners will be provided.
