TRX Fitness

What is TRX? It is a complete resistance training system, the original portable body weight training tool that builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. TRX is the registered trademark name of the piece of equipment used in this workout.

Body Conditioning

Join this conditioning class extrordinaire. A full body workout using a variety of equipment. Set your goals - be all you can be!

Boot Camp

Boot-Camp is designed to get you into shape fast! These classes work your entire body! Expect to challenge yourself using core conditioning, obstacle courses, drills, strength training, circuit training, stretching and much more!

Reps Intermediate

Instructor: Barb

Develop muscle definition through repetetive training. Class format changes every 6 weeks. Why? Practice makes perfect! This training will help you gain a better understanding of how to train, proper technique and form for better results.

Body Works

Body Works does what it says! You work every part of your body with resistance training helping you lose inches tone and sculpt your body.
